A simple biscuit filled with Christmas flavours: almond, coconut, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Just mix all the ingredients together and you’re done!
100g ground almonds
50g desiccated coconut
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 mashed banana
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1-2 tbsp maple syrup/honey (depending on how sweet you want it)
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Shape into rounds and place on a baking tray.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 C.
