Hey everyone, welcome to my blog! I’m Sabi, a dancer, yoga and dance teacher and owner of a dance parties business – www.dancepartiesuk.com. I’m from London but love travelling to interesting places as much as I can!

When I’m not working you can usually find me baking something healthy in the kitchen – I love trying out new recipes and creating tasty healthy treats. Lots of my recipes are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and vegan. Although I don’t have any serious intolerances to these foods I feel so much better when I eat well and love the benefits that a healthy diet brings (more energy, no bloating, better sleep etc).

I’m addicted to travelling (isn’t everyone?!) and love experiencing new cultures. This year I plan to tick off a lot more places on my ‘countries to visit’ list 🙂

I’ve realised I’m at my happiest when I’m dancing, leading an active lifestyle, eating well and exploring new parts of the world. This blog is a way for me to share these experiences. I hope you like it!
